What do you attribute your success to?
- Ive always been very detailed. My dad always told me if youre going to do something, be the best you can be. Much of the success Im experiencing in my role now can be attributed to the team I work with because everyone is open to being the best they can be. They are compassionate and dedicated to continuing to learn; our patients are lucky to have them help provide for their care. I always wanted to be a nurse--I especially have always enjoyed working in wound care and seeing the progress my patients make or even the challenge of finding solutions when something isnt working. I love in home care because you can fit the patients care to fit their environment.
