- Teaching, Ultra Sound and PICCs
- Lead the PICC team at one of Texas's busiest Level III hospitals, overseeing supply management and detailed documentation for all PICC, midline, and ultrasound-guided IV placements.
- Collaborate closely with residents, faculty, and students to ensure timely, appropriate vascular access and patient-centered care, frequently serving as a subject matter expert.
- Train and mentor all new PICC nurses on BD 3CG, PowerGlide Pro, and UGIV techniques.
- Maintain a record of zero insertion-related CLABSIs for over three years.
