    Serve as the initial manager for a 12-bed urgent care unit with 18 FTEs, including RNs, LPNs, and MAs, where staff morale and quality metrics improve significantly. Promoted to manage a 25-bed urgent care unit with an 8-bed observation unit and over 40 FTEs. Responsible for coordinating patient care and implementing programs to meet organizational goals. Supervise, evaluate, and educate clinical staff to ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards. Perform and oversee POC and waived lab testing. Manage quality control for POC and waived testing equipment. Utilize lean processes to enhance clinic flow and patient outcomes. Continuously improve unit goals and quality metrics.
