- She attributes her success to the profound impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which reignited the feelings she had as a new graduate RN. Witnessing the challenges nurses faced during that time, she knew she wanted to ensure they had the support they needed. COVID became the catalyst for her career as a nurse advocate—a role in which she now connects and empowers other nurse advocates to create meaningful support systems. She believes she’s accomplished more for the nursing profession in the past eight years than in the four decades prior. With passion and tenacity, she’s dedicated to making a lasting impact, hoping this work will become her legacy.
