  • Registered Nurse | Emergency Department | Nursing Clinical Instructor | Ohio Army National Guard

    Chief Case Manager
    • Lead case management for 17,000 Soldiers across Title 10 and Title 32 missions, ensuring care coordination and regulatory compliance
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans for Soldiers with complex medical conditions to support recovery, return-to-duty, or medical separation
    • Supervise, train, and mentor junior officers and enlisted personnel in case management, military medical regulations, and patient advocacy to enhance medical readiness
    Registered Nurse | Emergency Department
    • Triage patients of all ages, initiate nurse-driven protocols, and provide care based on acuity to reduce length of stay
    • Perform respiratory therapy procedures, including BiPAP, Airvo, ventilator management, and breathing treatments
    • Contribute to the Downtime Education Committee to standardize downtime procedures across Cleveland Clinic
    • Serve on the Hospital Emergency Response Team, responding to mass casualty incidents and participating in quarterly trainings
