Work Description / Areas of Expertise / Job Duties
- Clinical Educator, Clinical Liaison, Clinical Trial Educator/Liaison, Case Management, and Project Management & Nursing ManagementResponsible for regional trial performance, including subject recruitment, protocol adherence, and timely, high-quality data delivery. Supports site staff, CRAs, and CRO teams (if applicable), ensuring effective communication and training. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive subject enrollment and ensure data accuracy
- Train and support CRAs and site staff
- Oversee CRO monitoring activities and compliance
- Conduct co-monitoring and site visits
- Attend site initiation visits and collaborate with investigators
- Advise on site feasibility and selection
- Support start-up activities and local recruitment strategies
- Report site performance, risks, and local challenges to the Project Manager
- Share best practices with other CTLs
- Assist with audits, CAPAs, and quality assurance efforts
- Support site budget reviews and invoice verifications as needed
