Ellen Nelson, MSN, BSN, ADN, RN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Ellen Nelson, MSN, BSN, ADN, RN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner dedicated to supporting adults through both medication management and therapy. She treats a wide range of conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and OCD, while also guiding patients who prefer natural or integrative approaches. Ellen incorporates tools like GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing to personalize treatment and collaborates with primary care providers to ensure comprehensive care. With a background in oncology research and decades of nursing experience, she brings depth, empathy, and clinical expertise to her practice. A strong advocate for holistic wellness, Ellen integrates spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional care into her work. Outside of her profession, she is an active member of Sts. Anne & Joachim Catholic Church, enjoys music and choir, and cherishes time with her 10 children and 14 grandchildren.
