What do you attribute your success to?

  • She attributes her success to her life long journey into the field, as she has been through a significant amount of trials since she was 18 years old. She and her parents where in a car accident which unfortunately she lost her leg and sadly her parents lost their lives. She tried to find work, but was discriminated against since she was unable to stand and work all long hours so ended up finding hope in healthcare, and she now has been happily in the nursing field for the last 35 years. She has her own practice where she helps just about anyone that needs help. She has gained skills not only through her education but she also ran a homeless shelter and also knew how it felt to be judged and discriminated. She has received the PUBLIC HEALTH AWARD in NJ, and in 1996 Scholarship Governors Award, and Nurse Practitioner Award in 2024. She became the first in her family to go into medicine, and enjoys reading the Nurse Practitioner, and American Psychiatric Association Medical Awards in her spare time and can be found on LINKEDIN.
