  • Breakthrough Integrative Care LLC:
    Conducts initial evaluations and develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients, incorporating medication, therapy, or a combination of both. Provides comprehensive, professional, compassionate, and coordinated care with a flexible schedule that includes remote or hybrid delivery. Performs psychiatric evaluations and regular reassessments, prescribes and reviews psychotropic medications, and continuously evaluates psychiatric diagnoses for necessary revisions or additions. 

    Grow Therapy:
    Conducts initial evaluations and collaborates with patients to develop treatment plans that include medication, therapy, or a combination of both. Provides comprehensive, professional, compassionate, and coordinated care with a flexible schedule, offering remote or hybrid delivery. Performs psychiatric evaluations and regular reassessments, prescribes and reviews psychotropic medications, and continuously evaluates psychiatric diagnoses for necessary revisions or additions. Conducts therapy sessions, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and participates in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

    Riverside Treatment Center:
    Utilizes advanced clinical and theoretical knowledge to identify acute and chronic health conditions through comprehensive, age-appropriate assessments of patients with substance use disorders. Provides evidence-based care and patient education to support self-care and the management of acute or chronic diseases. Coordinates care and makes medical decisions regarding patient treatment. Triages phone calls and electronic advice requests from consultants while participating in ongoing medical assessments. Reviews lab results and implements appropriate interventions in collaboration with primary providers and the medical director.

    Brighter Days Mental Health Recovery:
    Conducts psychiatric evaluations and provides ongoing medication management for clients in Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) levels of care as needed. Prescribes psychotropic medications, documents rationale for medication changes, and updates client progress in the electronic medical record (EMR). Ensures compliance with Maryland state and federal regulations regarding prescribing practices. Completes Mental Status Examinations, Safety Assessments, and evaluates client appropriateness for PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care. Reviews lab results with clients, orders follow-up laboratory or diagnostic procedures, and implements necessary interventions. Participates in clinical meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team and serves as a resource by providing education on psychiatry and addiction treatment. Educates clients on co-occurring disorders, psychotropic and anti-craving medications, and post-acute withdrawal symptoms. Monitors medication refills throughout treatment, assesses clients for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), prescribes appropriate MAT medications, and administers Vivitrol injections when needed.
