- My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer when I was in high school, and seeing the care she received was really inspiring and led me to want to become a nurse myself. I feel Im successful as a nurse 100% because of MY patients; they inspire me every day and make me want to be the best version of myself and increase my knowledge so I can provide them with the best care.
