Bethany Osborn, RN is an accomplished Occupational Health Nurse with nearly two decades of experience across diverse clinical settings, including oncology, med-surg, home health, workers’ compensation, and long-term care. Currently serving at Essity in Cherokee, Alabama, Bethany leads initiatives in workplace safety, employee wellness, and emergency response. Her professional journey was deeply influenced by her late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, which provided insight and motivation that reshaped her career. Bethany is also a certified Legal Nurse Consultant, American Heart Association Instructor, and Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist. She is an active member of Women of Steel and brings a compassionate, informed approach to every role she takes on. Grounded in the work ethic instilled by her family, Bethany is dedicated to ensuring safe and healthy environments while empowering others through advocacy, education, and care. Her mission is to create meaningful health outcomes for individuals and the communities they serve.
