  • How should I manage my cirrhosis?

So sorry you are not feeling well. Based on your history and symptoms, you should have further workup and testing. I highly recommend you be evaluated in the Emergency Department. Feel better

  • Low BP after severe fall?

Hi there, So sorry you experienced a fall, but glad there were no injuries. A low diastolic reading in the 50s with a systolic pressure remaining normal isnt concerning. Due to your history and medication, I do advise that when you go from lying down to sitting or sitting to standing, get up very slowly. Getting up too fast can put you at risk of dropping your blood pressure quickly. You should seek medical attention if you start showing symptoms like dizziness, lightheadedness, or faintingthese are symptoms of very low blood pressure.

  • Low hemoglobin?

Hi there, Actually both can affect your blood levels. I recommend following up with your primary care provider for further evaluation. Enjoy your day.
