About

Dr. Cordelle Luces is a dedicated emergency room nurse and educator based in the Bronx, New York. With extensive experience in both adult and pediatric critical care, Cordelle currently serves as a Unit-Based Nurse Educator at Montefiore Medical Center’s Jack & Pearl Resnick Campus. He is passionate about mentoring fellow nurses and ensuring high standards of care across emergency medicine settings. Inspired by meaningful patient interactions during his early career as a CNA and guided by a mentor who believed in his potential, Cordelle has remained committed to delivering compassionate care and lifelong learning. He holds an associate degree from Med-life Institute School of Nursing, a BSN from Aspen University, and a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice from Mercy University. A proud member of the ENA, ANA, and African Nurses Association, Cordelle credits his family, his mentor, and his community as driving forces behind his success.
