Mila B. French, BSN, MS, RNC-LRN, is a career neonatal nurse with nearly four decades of experience in federal healthcare. A retired U.S. Air Force officer, she spent 23 years serving in diverse clinical and leadership roles around the world. Now a civilian nurse at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Mila specializes in neonatal intensive care and critical care transport across the Pacific region. She is certified in neonatal resuscitation (NRP), STABLE, and BLS, and has held her RNC-LRN credential since 2001. Known for her resilience, work ethic, and passion for newborn care, she continues to mentor nurses and advocate for high standards in neonatal practice. Mila began her career with the VA and has proudly served as a federal healthcare provider for over 37 years.
