Well, what I would say is, I always find time to accommodate others and yes I do find being neglected by myself. At times, I feel guilty, but it is my innate personality to care for others before myself. It's just what I do. I don't every turn down a challenge because I am intrigued by knowledge....

I agree 100% with that Tamara. I'm from Australia and we do do 12 hour shifts in certain areas etc. and I'm on nights and work 10-hour shifts. Usually here we do 8-hours. Is that the norm for you guys in America?
