Melissa Aniskewicz is a nurse who serves patients in Port Charlotte, Florida. She attended Southwestern University, located in Georgetown, Texas to earn her nursing degree. Melissa is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, a prestigious honor society and global network composed of the best and brightest from all academic disciplines - a community of scholars and professionals building an enduring legacy for future generations. She also founded the Charlotte CLUCK Association. CLUCK stands for Citizens Lobbying for Urban Chicken Keeping. She found that she not only has a passion for helping people, but also a love for chickens, and decided to advocate for them in her local community. She started CLUCK, hoping to make a difference by allowing families to keep chickens as pets in Charlotte County. Melissa attributes her success to her drive to learn. She is currently studying to be a nurse anesthetist.
