Lindsey Noel Shirley, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC
Lindsey Noel Shirley, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse currently serving patients at Emory University Hospital Midtown located in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2016, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. From there, Lindsey attended the Emory University Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing. Lindsey continued her education at Emory University obtaining a Masters in Nursing with a specialty in Adult/Gerontology Acute Care, graduating with a 4.0 GPA in 2019. Lindsey currently specializes in cardiothoracic surgery. Additionally, she is certified in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support and is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner. Lindsey maintains a professional membership with The Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing in order to remain up to date in her field. Furthermore, in February of 2020, she published her first academic article titled Racial and Socioeconomic Disparities in the Presence of Acute Type A Aortic Dissections in the Journal for Nurse Practitioners.
