As a child, Cheri wanted to be a doctor. She didnt immediately go into the healthcare field but after praying, she enrolled in nursing school. She states it was with Gods guidance that she became a nurse. She owes her success to Gods support, and to his lead, instruction and goodness.
Her father had a strong influence on Cheris career. She uses her fathers health situation to inspire her patients to follow medical advice and she continuously strives to provide pertinent information and give the best possible care to her patients.
